2. Description of Service

Khoroga is a travel discovery application that helps users find and explore places across Egypt. The service includes:

• Browsing places across 17 Egyptian governorates
• Viewing place details, photos, videos, and maps
• Rating and reviewing places
• Saving favorites
• Finding nearby places using GPS
• Business listing features for place owners

3. User Accounts

You may use Khoroga as a guest or create an account for additional features:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

When you submit content (ratings, reviews, photos) to Khoroga:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Khoroga a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit
• Content must be accurate, respectful, and not violate any laws

4.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Contains offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Is illegal or encourages illegal activity

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Khoroga for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Not use the app in ways that could harm other users
• Respect other users and place owners
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
• Verify information before relying on it for travel decisions

6. Business Listings

For business owners using our listing features:

• You must provide accurate information about your business
• You are responsible for keeping your listing information up to date
• Premium subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Khoroga, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Khoroga and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission
• The Khoroga name and logo are trademarks
• Place information may be subject to third-party rights

9. Disclaimers

Khoroga is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of place information (hours, prices, availability)
• Quality or safety of listed places
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

Important: Always verify critical information directly with places before visiting. Khoroga is a discovery tool, not a verification service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khoroga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate place information
• Negative experiences at listed places
• Loss of data
• Travel-related incidents

11. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or modify content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
• Take action against review manipulation or fraud

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Khoroga at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Khoroga immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Posting prohibited content
• Harassment of other users or place owners

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Egypt.
